As the JR Financial Analyst you will be a highly valued business partner working with business & financial analysis business processes collaborating on projects and driving the business while also ensuring stable and compliant processes are met from a finance perspective. You will be working in a global organization that is dynamic and fast-paced with many possibilities to make a difference and add value. As JR Financial Analyst you will report to the Director of FP&A.
What you will do
The JR Financial Analyst oversees all financial planning analysis and reporting tasks related to the operating entity for Hospitality. The candidate will model analyze and communicate key metrics and drivers of the business with a clear ability to create insightful analysis.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Americas P&L including detailed analysis of revenue gross margin operating expenses and EBIT performance.
- Deliver monthly management reporting with variance analysis versus forecast budget and prior periods.
- Partner closely with the Director of FP&A on forecasting profitability analysis and strategic initiatives.
- Lead weekly sales forecasting quarterly outlooks and the annual financial planning process.
- Create dashboards and drive reporting for other Financial units: Accounts Receivable Invoicing and where required acquired entities.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support scenario analysis and investment decisions.
- Translate complex financial results into clear decision-oriented insights for non-finance stakeholders.
- Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI Tableau or Looker.
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting reporting and performance management processes.
What Were Looking For
- Experience in FP&A financial analysis or commercial finance with P&L partnering.
- Advanced Excel expertise (complex models scenario analysis large datasets) Excel power users only.
- Strong understanding of financial statements forecasting and KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI Tableau or Looker preferred.
- ERP experience (SAP S/4HANA HFM or similar) preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Economics or related field; advanced degree a plus.

Salary:$50000-$65000 annually depending on experience
