• MondayFriday schedule (7:30 AM 4:00 PM) No weekends

• Complete a variety of commercial repairs
• Handle punch lists troubleshooting and on-site problem solving
• Perform work such as:
  • Carpentry and trim work
  • Drywall repair and patching
  • Basic plumbing and electrical fixes
  • Tile and fixture installation
  • Door and hardware adjustments
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Identify additional work opportunities and build customer trust

• Well-rounded commercial multi-trade experience (not just one specialty)
• Ability to work independently and manage jobs from start to finish
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Professional communication and customer service mindset
