Accounts Payable Clerk Construction Industry
Full-Time Remote Philippines
Salary: $1100 $1500/month

This role manages the full-cycle AP process for both real estate development projects and corporate operations. You will act as a key liaison between the field and the office utilizing a modern tech stack to generate Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure high-speed accurate invoice entry and digital document management.

Core Responsibilities
Development and Corporate Accounts Payable Management

• Invoice Entry: Manage the intake of invoices and receipts from different channels for entry into the accounting system.
• PO Generation: Coordinate with project teams and site staff to create and issue Purchase Orders.
• Budget Monitoring and PO Matching: Match invoices against POs and subcontracts to ensure price accuracy and adherence to budgets. Flag any budget or commitment overages to the appropriate project staff.
• Communication Management: Manage all vendor and internal AP inquiries through shared inboxes and automated routing to ensure no payment query is missed.
• Overhead & Intercompany: Process corporate-level expenses and track due to/due from balances across multiple real estate entities.
• Month-end Reconciliations: Assist with month-end bank and credit card reconciliations by summarizing missing information and sending requests to the appropriate team members.

Financial Controls & Compliance

• Tax Handling: Accurately calculate and file applicable taxes on all project draws and corporate invoices.
• Vendor Relations: Maintain a centralized history of all vendor interactions and payment statuses for full accountability across the accounting team.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 3 years in AP specifically within the real estate or construction sector.
• Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with accounting/ERP software receipt management tools and team communication platforms is highly preferred.
• Local Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction lien legislation and relevant tax requirements.
