Job Description
① 総務関連業務
- FAXの受信確認
- グループアドレス管理
- Worldwideオフィスオペレーション関連サポート
- JCBタクシーチケットの管理
- 新人研修営業以外含むのスケジュール管理
- 郵送物の確認および転送対応
- 医療機器営業部の書類作成受注手配管理他サポート
② EHS環境安全衛生関連業務
- EHS安全衛生委員会月1回への参加
- EHS関連データの管理集計
- レポート作成
- 営業部門への注意喚起周知サポート
③ 営業車両管理
- 営業車両に関する管理業務のサポート
