Role Purposes:

• The customer service executive is responsible for handling customer quotations orders and product shipments
• Timely responding to customer enquiries and forwarding requests to the appropriate department in the company
• General affairs job in Yokohama office: Facility maintenance Inventory management

Major Accountabilities:

• Customer code and information setup
• Siebel customer entry
• Quotation generation
• Customer order confirmation
• Packing documents preparing
• Logistics control and shipment arrangement
• Customer service includes notification customer complaint management and issues follow up
• Support sales for internal communication and status update.
• Set up process to work smart and efficient
• Office administration

Role Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business/marketing foreign language or similar
• Good English communication skill especially in speaking and writing (or commitment to learn) Japanese native
• 2 years of sales assistant or customer service experience is preferred
• Outlook and Excel skill
• Excellent eye for details
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Service-oriented personality
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
