Role Overview

Coupang is seeking an experienced and execution-focused Treasury OperationsSpecialist to support day-to-day treasury operations for our U.S. entities. This role is hands-on and operational in nature requiring strong knowledge of U.S. banking payments cash management and SOX-compliant role will partner closely with the Head of U.S. Treasury and the GlobalTreasury team ensuring disciplined execution strong governance and reliableliquiditymanagementinafast-pacedhigh-growthenvironment.

What You Will Do

TreasuryOperations&Execution

• Execute daily treasury operations for U.S. entities including payments cash positioning liquidity management and short-term cash forecasting.

• Manage U.S. banking activities including account openings and closures bank mandates KYC documentation and ongoing relationship management.

• SupportfundingactivitiesintercompanycashmovementsandFXsettlementsinlinewithglobaltreasurypolicies.
• PartnerwithAccountingandFinanceoncashflowforecastingmonth-endcloseandreconciliations.

Controls Compliance & Risk Management

• EnsurecompliancewithSOXcontrolsinternaltreasurypoliciessegregationofdutiesandapprovalframeworks.
• Maintainstronggovernanceoverpaymentprocessesbankingaccessuserentitlementsandauditdocumentation.
• Supportinternalandexternalauditsbyprovidingtreasurydocumentationcontrolevidenceandprocessexplanations.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 3 years of total experience
• Experienceinmultinationalorganizations;technologyecommerceorretailbackgroundpreferred

• FluentinEnglishwithstrongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.

• 5 years of hands-on treasury operations experience preferably within a high-growth tech multinational or complex corporate environment.

Pay & Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. At Coupang your base pay is one part of your total compensation. The base pay for this position ranges from $89K/year in our lowest geographic market to $153K/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience.
