We are seeking a visionary commercially astute leader to elevate our training and education function - growing our accredited (RTO) and fee-for-service offerings while launching a sector-leading Disability Academy of Excellence.

This role sits at the intersection of social impact and commercial growth shaping workforce capability across the disability sector.

The Opportunity

You will;
Lead and grow accredited and non-accredited training programs
Expand into new markets (schools families corporate and government)
Design and launch a flagship Academy of Excellence
Ensure strong RTO compliance and quality standards
Position the organisation as a leader in workforce development

What You Bring;
Experience leading training education or workforce development functions
Strong RTO knowledge and compliance expertise
Proven success in growing services or commercial offerings
Experience leading transformation or complex programs
Strong stakeholder engagement skills

Experience in disability health or community services is highly regarded.

Relevant qualifications
RTO experience
National Police Check
Drivers Licence
