Job Summary
About The Role
Reporting into the SEM and Performance App Manager this is a great opportunity to join our Search team where you will be responsible for implementing & influencing paid search strategies across multiple online platforms. The successful candidates will join a wider team of 4 and be responsible for driving insights devising and implementation of Paid Search strategies across Google Bing and Apple Search platforms which meet budget CPA and conversion targets.
Responsibilities Include:
- Devise insights provide recommendations and implement strategies that meet the business requirements for PPC media (Google Bing & Apple Search platforms)
- Maintain a test and learn culture constantly seeking opportunities to improve performance drive efficiency gains and improve prospect and customer experience through creatives personalization beta opportunities & automation.
- Execution of seasonal high impact high volume Search campaigns (eg. AFL season launch Spring Racing Carnival).
- Develop new data solutions that allow us to understand customers better and increase the teams efficiency
- Revise reporting needs and improve data visualizations
- Ideate design implement and measure the effectiveness of data-driven and technical solutions which improve customer experience and team efficiency and provide a point of differentiation from competitors
- Support team members in extracting insights & visualizing data from multiple platforms and sources
About You
While we are big on development and offer on the job training we want to set you up for success. Along with a great attitude it would be ideal that you have:
- Hands on knowledge of Google Ads (Adwords) is essential knowledge of Apple Search Ads and SA360 will be an advantage.
- Advanced level Excel required experience in the development of Power BI (or Tableau) dashboards and reports.
- Experience conducting complex analysis or experience working as a data analyst
- Prior experience working with MMP will be highly regarded.
