Whats the role

As EVP Lead People Experiences youll own and evolve Westpac enterprise Employee Value Proposition clarifying what it truly means to work here what we offer what we expect and why it matters.

This is a strategic enterprisewide role focused on defining a clear credible and differentiated EVP grounded in real employee experiences and brought to life consistently across the employee lifecycle. From career moments that shape belonging and growth to the everyday experiences that influence engagement and trust youll define the narrative and architecture that sits at the heart of how we attract engage and retain talent.

Working closely with senior leaders and teams across the People portfolio and partnering with Brand Talent Acquisition and Corporate Affairs youll translate workforce insights employee listening and market intelligence into a futurefit EVP that supports Westpacs ambition to be a great place to work.

This is a permanent fulltime role ideally based in Sydney with flexibility to be located elsewhere in Australia.

What do I need

Youll combine strategic thinking proposition design and influence with the ability to move comfortably between insight narrative and execution.

Youll likely have:

  • Proven experience leading EVP employer brand people experience or propositionled work in a large complex organisation
  • Strong strategy capability translating insight into clear priorities frameworks and roadmaps
  • An evidenceled mindset using workforce data employee listening and market insight to inform decisions
  • Confidence influencing senior leaders and working across People Brand and other enterprise partners
  • A humancentred approach and passion for designing experiences that genuinely matter
