Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Process Management
Support the day-to-day operation monitoring and stability of GloBE TEI and related compliance systems.
Assist with analysing business and legislative requirements and translating them into documented system requirements.
Maintain business process documentation and functional specifications.
Execute system and user acceptance testing including regression testing for enhancements and legislative changes.
Identify system issues or defects log incidents and support investigation and resolution activities.
Assist with validating system outputs and compliance-related reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Support controlled deployment of system changes into production environments.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve system quality efficiency and service delivery.
Governance
Adhere to organisational governance compliance ethics and integrity standards.
Ensure all work outputs comply with relevant policies procedures and legislative requirements.
Maintain audit-ready documentation for system changes testing and releases.
Support internal and external audit processes and address findings under guidance.
People
Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Collaborate with senior analysts developers testers and business users.
Actively share knowledge and participate in learning and development initiatives.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and progressively take on greater responsibility.
Finance
Adhere to organisational financial policies and cost-control measures.
Support efficient use of system and operational resources.
Contribute to reducing rework and operational inefficiencies through quality system support.

Provide professional and responsive system support to internal users and stakeholders.
Assist with addressing user queries and operational issues within agreed service levels.
Support the delivery of consistent accurate and reliable system services.
Contribute to a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors Degree BTech or Diploma (NQF 67) in Information Technology Information Systems or a related field.
At least 23 years experience in a Systems Analyst Business Analyst Software Testing or Application Support role.
Exposure to regulatory compliance tax or financial systems will be advantageous
