Key responsibilities:
Retail Media Monetization
- Develop and implementRetail Media Network (RMN) monetization strategyfor retail and e-commerce partners with focus on Non-Endemic advertisers.
- Build commercial propositions aroundonsite offsite and in-store media inventory.
- Build Go-To-Market decks establish client outreach and be responsible for achieving advertising revenue/inventory monetization targets for respective Retail Media Networks
- Identify new revenue streams leveragingcommerce data shopper insights and digital shelf placements.
Programmatic & AdTech Integration
- Design and implementprogrammatic monetization modelsusing SSPs DSPs and retail media platforms.
- Developaudience segments and targeting strategiesbased on shopper data/insights from Retail Media Networks.
Audience Monetization
- Builddata monetization frameworksleveraging retailer first-party data.
- Createaudience packages for brands across onsite and offsite media activation.
- Partner with data platforms to enableclean room integrations and privacy-compliant targeting.
Partnerships & Commercial Development
- Work withretailers brands and technology partnersto scale retail media offerings.
- Leadjoint business plans with retail partnersto grow commerce media revenue.
- Collaborate with sales teams to developbrand propositions and media packages.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
- 1014 years indigital media commerce media programmatic advertising or retail media.
- Experience working withe-commerce platforms retailers or media agencies.
Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge ofprogrammatic ecosystem (DSP SSP DMP/CDP).
- Hands-on experience withcommerce media platforms and retail advertising tools.
- Understanding offirst-party data activation and audience segmentation.
Strategic Capabilities
- Ability to buildRetail Media Network (RMN) monetization models.
- Experience designingcommerce media strategies across shopper touchpoints.
Preferred Experience
- Experience building or scalingRetail Media Networks (RMN).
- Exposure toclean room environments and privacy-safe data collaboration.
- Experience working withQuick-Commerce E-Commerce Fintech Retail Media Companies Programmatic in revenue/sales roles.
