Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Client Relations Specialist to join our this role you will be responsible for converting high-quality leads into qualified opportunities and scheduling appointments for our Acquisitions Team. This is a relationship-driven role focused on empathy professionalism organization and consistent follow-up.

This is consultative empathetic and situation-based. The Client Relations Specialist speaks with homeowners educates sellers builds trust sets appointments and moves deals toward contracts. You will regularly work with homeowners navigating situations such as probate inherited homes distressed properties or relocation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations helping people through important life transitions and building long-term relationships rather than quick one-call sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound & Outbound Calls / Lead Generation
    Manage inbound calls and web leads while making outbound calls to potential sellers using our internal database and lead generation strategies.

  • Lead Qualification
    Gather and evaluate information from sellers to determine deal potential and prioritize high-conversion opportunities.

  • CRM Management
    Maintain accurate records by updating lead information follow-ups and statuses in Salesforce.

  • Follow-Up & Relationship Building
    Build trust with homeowners through consistent follow-up clear communication and a genuine approach while explaining how we can help with their situation.

  • Lead Auditing & Reporting
    Review call activity and lead details to ensure accurate data and identify next steps to improve performance.

  • Appointment Scheduling
    Schedule and confirm appointments between qualified sellers and Acquisition Managers ensuring decision-makers are present.

  • Pipeline Development
    Consistently nurture and follow up with leads to build a strong pipeline and drive conversions.

  • This role requires strong communication skills the ability to guide conversations confidently and a sales mindset focused on identifying opportunities and moving prospects toward a scheduled appointment.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of customer service/sales

  • All candidates will complete personality and cognitive assessments as part of the hiring process to ensure strong alignment.

  • Proven experience in outbound sales lead generation or similar roles

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks

  • Self-motivated with a proactive problem-solving mindset
