Job Summary
As the lead IT application analyst you will drive architectural decisions recommend feature enhancements optimize programs and build a scalable high-performance RMIS. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as an application analyst with strong problem-solving analytical and technical leadership skills. They should demonstrate the ability to architect scalable performance-driven systems and expertise in simplifying complex technical challenges. Experience working with cross-functional teamsincluding product management technical program management and support organizationsis essential along with strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
Key job responsibilities
You will work closely with Origami users Product Management Technical Program Management FinTech Treasury Central and Origamis Support team to design build and extend Origami features and associated modules. Your responsibilities include:
System Configuration & Development
- Collaborate with Insurance Risk & Claims customers to translate use cases into technical specifications that drive system configuration changes
- Modify and develop standard forms reports and workflows to meet evolving business requirements
- Manage and enhance multiple system interfaces including HR data Amazon location data Third Party Administrator (TPA) data General Ledger and other critical data sources
Technical Leadership
- Drive architectural and design decisions for the RMIS platform
- Simplify complex problems and tackle challenging technical issues with a focus on implementing front-end best practices
- Oversee the overall feature set for claim management oversight
- Work with external vendors and Technical Program Managers for project management support
Customer Support
- Provide end-user support and problem resolution to customers
- Maintain a customer-obsessed approach in all interactions and deliverables
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- 3 years of experience as an IT APP Analyst or similar functions
- Experience with Origami

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
