Your role

As a Sales Development Representative you are the spark that ignites new business growth! Your mission is to identify and qualify exciting opportunities among small and medium-sized businesses. Youll be the first point of contact sparking curiosity and setting the stage for our Partner Managers to deliver winning strategies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Hunt for Opportunities: Manage a portfolio of SMB accounts to identify high-potential advertisers.

  • Make the Connection: Execute daily outbound calls and emails to build rapport with business owners.

  • Qualify with Care: Understand business goals and marketing challenges to ensure a perfect fit for our solutions.

  • Pitch the Value: Clearly communicate our unique value proposition to generate interest and excitement.

  • Collaborate: Work closely with Partner Managers to ensure a smooth and informed handover of qualified meetings.

  • Stay Organized: Keep all prospect information and activity up-to-date in Salesforce.

  • Crush Your Targets: Work toward individual and team KPIs related to productivity and pipeline development.

Your Profile

  • Language Master: Native-level of a Nordic language (C2) and excellent English (C1).

  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Sales Driven: Proven ability to engage prospects through outbound outreach and cold calling.

  • Goal Oriented: Consistent success working toward quotas in a professional sales environment.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM systems.

  • Ad Enthusiast: Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (like Meta or Google Ads) is a huge plus!

  • Resilient: A persistent self-motivated mindset with excellent communication skills.
