Job Summary
A Creative Technologist is responsible for crafting the AI generation policies the guardrails the LLM-as-judge prompts and the agentic role prompts combined with flexible innovative production engineering problem solving to make increasingly more consistent spectacular and directable state-of-the-art AI-driven multimodal video content. This role requires a blend of creative and tech abilities to build workflows that define and refine multimodal AI content generation workflows that meet quality standards as per JioStar guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Create AI workflows: Design multimodal video GenAI production workflows leveraging tool chaining fine tunings control nets and other refinement techniques; and agentic design for multimodal workflows.
- Responsible AI: Foundational understanding of the principles of Responsible AI including concepts like fairness transparency and data privacy.
- AI innovation: Work with core engineering and data science teams to help bring more AI capabilities into the entire production pipeline by helping develop policies guardrails creation prompts validation prompts and agentic architectures that support high quality AI filmmaking.
- Prompt engineering: Develop and refine specific prompts and instructions for AI tools to ensure the generated content is high-quality relevant and consistent with the brands style.
- Production engineering: Solve consistency and direct ability issues using techniques beyond prompts such as sketch based inputs motion transfer UIUX widgets and other techniques that give filmmakers more control over generative image and video outputs.
- Familiarity with filmmaking or animation: Understand traditional foundations principles and procedures of producing filmed entertainment especially serialized short form content.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with creative and engineering teams to develop usable reliable workflows.
- Learning Agility: Proven ability to rapidly learn new technologies platforms and complex processes. Keep up-to-date with advancements in AI creative tools best practices and licensing policies.
Requirements
- Experience with AI workflow design in ComfyUI
- Experience with agentic workflow design using Langchain/Langgraph Google Agent Builder A2A MCP and/or similar systems
- Production engineering (in VFX or animation) experience a plus
- Proficiency in using AI-based content creation tools
- Understanding of content production principles and workflows
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
