Job Summary
The Creative Operations team operates as an in-house creative agency partnering with stakeholders to concept develop and deliver impactful creative at scale. We are seeking an Art Director (Seasonal) who can lead creative development elevate design quality and guide projects from concept through execution in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
This role requires strong conceptual thinking advanced design expertise and the ability to provide clear creative direction across a range of deliverables. The ideal candidate can balance creative excellence with operational efficiency manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key job responsibilities
Lead the conceptualization and design of digital campaigns including key art promotional assets and multi-channel deliverables
Translate creative briefs into compelling visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Provide art direction and mentorship to designers ensuring high-quality execution and consistency across assets
Partner with stakeholders to align on creative strategy and deliverables
Present creative work clearly and confidently incorporating feedback while maintaining a high creative bar
Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across multiple regions titles and business lines
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a high-volume production environment
Contribute to process improvements template development and scalable creative solutions
- Have an online portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and advertising experience across a range of media and platforms along with work that reflects your design process
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- 5 years of experience in art direction visual design or creative development within a digital or marketing environment
- Advanced proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite Figma etc.)
- Experience working within brand guidelines and large-scale content ecosystems
- Experience in traditional and emerging media channels including TV OOH cinema digital display online video and paid social
- Experience working on or with large-scale global creative campaigns
- Experience with asset management design workflows or partnering with creative teams
- Ability to guide and mentor designers while maintaining hands-on execution when needed
- Familiarity with motion digital marketing formats and multi-platform campaign development
