Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
Build and ship interactive landing pages and custom brand store experiences end-to-end from Figma design specs to production-ready code deployed on Amazon properties
Develop responsive performant web experiences using HTML5 and CSS3 (including CSS animations Flexbox Grid) that meet Amazons quality and performance bar
Build customer oriented Solutions - Start every build by understanding the advertisers brand objectives and campaign KPIs translate those into concrete front-end design and interaction decisions while proactively proposing creative alternatives.
Optimise for performance - Use campaign performance data (scroll depth engagement heatmaps CTR by module) to inform design choices on subsequent builds and translate complex technical constraints into clear actionable language for non-technical stakeholders so they can make informed creative decisions.
Implement rich page animations and micro-interactions using frameworks such as GSAP Framer Motion Lottie or equivalent bringing brand stories to life through scroll-driven animations parallax effects and interactive transitions
Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect code with a deep understanding of design systems component libraries spacing typography tokens and responsive breakpoints
Leverage AI-powered pair-coding tools (e.g. Amazon Q Developer GitHub Copilot Cursor) to accelerate development velocity and rapidly ship pages at scale
Build and iterate on Custom Landing Pages (CLPs) Custom Coded Brand Stores and other BIL advertising formats for Indias top advertisers
Collaborate with internal partners UX designers Solutions Managers engineers and product managers to ideate iterate and deliver best-in-class branded customer experiences
Maintain and contribute to shared component libraries and design-to-code workflows that improve team velocity and consistency across projects
Identify and resolve UX and front-end issues proactively; advocate for the customer in design reviews and technical discussions
Document page builds reusable components and implementation patterns so the team can scale efficiently
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Design HCI or equivalent practical experience
3 years of hands-on experience building interactive production-quality web pages using HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript (ES6)
Demonstrable experience implementing page animations and transitions using GSAP Framer Motion or similar animation libraries
Strong working knowledge of Figma ability to inspect designs extract tokens and faithfully translate design systems into front-end code
Experience with responsive web design cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first development
Familiarity with front-end build tools and workflows (Webpack Vite npm/yarn)
Strong developer and design portfolio showcasing shipped interactive web apps landing pages or branded digital experiences (link required with application)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Webflow for rapid page building CMS-driven content or client-facing prototypes
Familiarity with AI-assisted coding workflows (Amazon Q Developer GitHub Copilot Cursor or similar) and a habit of using AI tools to accelerate development
Experience with CSS-in-JS solutions (Styled Components Emotion) or utility-first CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS)
Exposure to advertising technology custom landing page development or branded digital experiences at scale
Experience building scroll-driven storytelling experiences parallax reveal animations sticky sections interactive carousels
Knowledge of web performance optimization Lighthouse scores lazy loading code splitting image optimization
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and semantic HTML best practices
Exposure to A/B testing analytics (CTR RoAS dwell time scroll depth) or data-informed design iteration
Ability to help non-technical partners (Solutions Managers brand teams) understand platform capabilities and constraints

- 1 years of front-end technologist engineer or UX prototyper experience
