Your role

As a Functional Consultant you are the architect of success for our SuccessFactors and SAP implementations! You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical excellence. Whether you are leading client workshops or fine-tuning configurations your goal is to deliver a seamless Go-Live experience and build lasting partnerships.

This is a hybrid position within Europe with a strong preference for candidates based in or deeply connected to the Belgian market.

Your Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Lead engaging workshops and document payroll configurations that balance business needs with technical constraints .

• Data Migration: Guide clients through the data journey ensuring cleansing and transformations are handled with precision and security .

• Integrations: Collaborate with technical teams to define and document robust integration requirements .

• Testing & Quality: Perform rigorous testing to ensure every deliverable is Production-ready and exceeds client expectations .

• Sales Support: Lend your expertise to help scope design and estimate new projects and change requests .

Your Profile

• Payroll Expert: You have in-depth knowledge of Belgian Payroll and SAP HCM Payroll products .

• Implementation Pro: Youve successfully navigated at least one end-to-end deployment involving Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or SAP HCM .

• Strategic Thinker: You can translate complex HR service delivery needs into functional reality.

• Communication Star: You deliver clear engaging meetings and workshops that win over stakeholders .

• Methodology Driven: You thrive in structured environments and consistently apply best practices to ensure project health.
