SAP Project Manager

We are looking for a SAP Project Manager (confirmed) to lead complex SAP transformation initiatives with high visibility and business impact.

The role requires full ownership of project delivery strong leadership and the ability to bridge business expectations with IT execution in an international environment.

As a Senior SAP Project Manager you are accountable for end-to-end project delivery from initial framing to go-live and stabilization.

You act as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders SAP functional and technical teams and development teams translating complex requirements into executable delivery plans and tangible results.

Lead SAP projects end-to-end ensuring delivery on scope timeline budget and quality.

Define and maintain project governance planning milestones and delivery roadmap.

Act as a project owner driving execution decision-making and accountability.

Monitor progress risks dependencies and deliverables and proactively implement corrective actions.

Manage project budgets cost tracking forecasting and financial transparency.

Identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues.

Produce clear concise and decision-oriented reporting for management and sponsors.

Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders adapting messages to executive business and technical audiences.

Foster strong collaboration engagement and accountability within project teams.

The expected profile is a SAP generalist capable of interacting effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.

The Project Manager must understand SAP processes conceptually and be able to translate them into delivery-oriented actions.

Finance & Controlling (FI/CO)

Business Intelligence / BW

Human Capital Management (HCM)

Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

Order-to-Cash (O2C)

Intercompany processes

Interfaces and system integrations

Developments (custom code enhancements)

Security and authorizations

The role does not require deep technical expertise but the ability to challenge align and steer functional and technical discussions and to convert conceptual exchanges into structured delivery plans.

3 10 years of experience in IT and SAP project management.

Proven experience delivering complex SAP projects in international environments.

Solid understanding of SAP landscapes processes and delivery models.

Excellent communication structuring and synthesis skills.

Strong business mindset combined with execution excellence.

Fluent English is mandatory.

Additional languages are considered an asset.
