Transport Coordinator

What Youll Do Every Day

As a Transport Coordinator you will:

- Schedule transports and deliveries with both internal and external partners.

- Prepare and process transport paperwork and documentation accurately.

- Update transport status in our systems and maintain the company calendar.

- Monitor vehicle inventory and communicate with clients regarding aged vehicles.

- Assist with tracking vehicle keys and ensure follow-up on outstanding matters.

- Handle customer and vendor inquiries via phone professionally and efficiently.

- Create and send client invoices related to transport activities.

- Maintain accurate records in company software and systems.

What You Bring

To thrive in this role you will need:

- Proven accomplishments in transport coordination logistics customer service or a related field.

- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database navigation.

- A commitment to follow-through and a proactive mindset.

- Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience in dispatching scheduling or transport documentation.

- Familiarity with various vehicle types and repossession processes is a plus.
