JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Project Manager Back Office for one of our clients based in Luxembourg. The consultant will assist the team and Operation Department in framing and preparing the coming changes Front to Middle to Back (including NAV Reporting etc.) impacting the operational set up and ensure for each a smooth roll out.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects (digitalization process optimization implementation of tools reporting consolidation).

- Develop the project schedule define milestones monitor risks and ensure the management of corrective actions.

- Write and maintain project documentation: specifications functional requirements meeting minutes test reports and user guides.

- Facilitate business workshops gather requirements and prioritize needs with stakeholders.

- Coordinate suppliers and external service providers monitor deliverables

YOUR PROFILE

- You have over 10 years of experience in Project Management in Back Office environments


- Strong knowledge of Asset management and expertise in Back Offices (Fund Accounting Transfert Agent Custody Depobank Fund Dealing Servicies) is required.

- Good command of project management methods (Agile Prince2 PMBOK or equivalent) and planning tools (MS Project Jira Trello etc.).

- Ability to write clear and structured deliverables: specifications requirements documents reports.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate multidisciplinary workshops.

- Analytical mind rigor service orientation and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Professional English is required; fluency in French is essential.
