As part of the development of our digital offering we are looking for an LMS (Learning Management System) Integration Expert to support our key account clients and our internal projects in Luxembourg.

MISSIONS

Consulting and analysis: You analyse the organisations existing learning processes and needs and work with the specialist departments to define the requirements for the new LMS.

Project implementation: You support the introduction of the LMS from the selection of the system through implementation to successful integration into the existing systems.

Process optimisation: You provide support in the design and optimisation of learning processes to ensure a high level of acceptance and use of the system.

Training and support: You organise training courses for the administrators and end users of the system and provide advice on technical and organisational issues.

Evaluation and reporting: You continuously evaluate the success of the LMS implementation and prepare regular reports on the use and results of the system.

PROFILE

• Experience in Delivering of training sessions/workshops

• Experience in Designing & Optimizing learning workflows

• Experience in E-Learning standards (SCORM packages xAPI LTI)

• Experience with LMS Implementation

• Experience in Monitoring & Reporting

• Experience in Project Management

• Languages: Dutch or French (Full Professional Proficiency) English (Full Professional Proficiency) German (Nice to have)
