JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of strengthening our team in Luxembourg we are looking for an Enterprise Architect to define and lead the target architecture of our clients information systems and of our own solution offerings. You work at the intersection of business technical and strategic needs to ensure the consistency of solutions their scalability and compliance with regulatory and security frameworks.

Reporting to the Architecture leadership you collaborate with product teams technical leaders and business stakeholders to translate strategy into architecture principles reference models and transformation roadmaps.

Your key responsibilities :
  • Define and maintain the enterprise architecture (target and roadmap): applications data integration infrastructure and security.

  • Develop solution architectures for strategic projects and ensure alignment with the target architecture.

  • Design and maintain reference frameworks (capability maps application catalogues data models) and architecture guidelines.

  • Support transformation by defining roadmaps assessing risks and prioritizing initiatives.

  • Advise and train project teams and governance bodies on technology choices integration patterns and best practices.

  • Lead architecture governance: architecture committees design reviews and follow-up of decisions.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements security standards and performance and scalability constraints.

  • Participate in technology watch and propose relevant innovations for the portfolio of offerings.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture practices (TOGAF Zachman or equivalent) and urbanization methodologies.

  • Proven experience in designing cloud architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP) microservices API management and application integration.

  • Skills in data modelling and knowledge of data governance principles.

  • Analytical mindset strong ability to synthesize teaching approach and confidence in facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication skills in French and English both written and spoken.

YOUR PROFILE
  • Masters degree (Bac5) in computer science information systems architecture engineering or equivalent through experience.

  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in IT architecture including several transformation and complex integration projects.

  • Knowledge of Luxembourg sector challenges (financial services local regulations) is appreciated but not required.

  • Autonomy customer-oriented mindset rigor and ability to work in multicultural and multi-stakeholder environments.
