IT Project Manager WMS

At Kapres Technology we are looking for an IT Project Manager with experience in WMS to join a multinational client that is a leader in the logistics sector.

As part of the IT Delivery Transformation Team the main purpose of this role is to deliver end-to-end projects across Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Order Management Systems (OMS) and system integrations for logistics operations across North America (United States Canada and Mexico).The role involves leading IT projects by supporting the Business Project Lead and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Operations Transportation Engineering Implementation Finance and IT) to deliver high-quality solutions to customers.A key focus of this position will be on Manhattan Associates implementations particularly migrations from legacy addition the role will contribute to broader business transformation initiatives including projects related to automation transportation and position requires strong project management capabilities and a solid understanding of logistics operations.

Key Accountabilities:

• Project Management Take a lead role in all IT project management activities including planning budgeting and content management aligned with standard approaches and best practices.

• Team Leadership Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment ensuring IT team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.

• Manhattan Implementation Oversee the deployment of Manhattan Associates solutions (OMS WMS) ensuring seamless migration from legacy IT systems to the target solution.

• Communication Serve as the primary IT point of contact for project stakeholders including business leaders IT teams vendors and external partners.

• Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success through proactive engagement.

• Change Management Monitor post-implementation performance and address any issues or enhancements during hypercare as needed.

• Delivery & Quality Assurance Ensure IT teams deliver solutions with a high level of quality and thorough testing to prevent business disruptions.

Requirements:

Education and Qualifications: Master (preferred) or Bachelor in Logistics and/or in Information Technology

Project Management (PMI Prince 2) certifications.

Experience:

Min. 5 years in IT project management with a focus on WMS OMS and integration solutions

Strong logistics/supply chain knowledge

Proven experience with Manhattan Associates OMS / WMS implementation

Experience managing large-scale WMS migration projects

Specialist Knowledge & Skills:

Strong ability to manage concurrent projects simultaneously

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment.
