Business Analyst for Connect Profile:

What You Will Do:

• Application testing (both front UI and back end API)
• Application validation for bug fixes and new functionality/enhancements
• User story creation and prioritization
• Assist with managing a product backlog
• Attend internal meetings with stakeholders for an array of projects and initiatives
• Release planning
• Incident management
• Defining and documenting best practices

What are we Looking for:

• At least 3 years of Business Systems Analyst experience or the equivalent
• Solid travel industry background
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Scheduling flexibility to support product releases
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment
• Building and maintaining relationships with relevant support teams
• Loves to document!
• Excited about exploring process improvements
• Working closely with a development team to bring new functionality to life
