Job Summary

Location: Hybrid - Birkirkara Malta (3 days per week in office) or Remote from Europe
Reporting to: Head of Compliance

We are seeking a strategic professional from the iGaming sector capable of bridging the gap between high-level strategy and operational efficiency. You will act as the architect of daily workflows ensuring interactions with third-party providers are seamless and internal departments remain strictly aligned. Your mission is to transition current environment into a structured highly documented and scalable framework.

Your mission

  • Draft refine and implement internal policies and procedures from the ground up with a primary focus on AML KYC and Responsible Gaming (RG).

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Payment Service Providers (PSPs). You will manage complex documentation requests and proactively anticipate provider requirements to mitigate processing delays.

  • Identify operational bottlenecks where documentation or communication is failing and implement standardized written workflows to resolve friction.

  • Transition between planning and hands-on administrative tasks as the business scales.

What You Bring

  • Background within the iGaming industry with a deep understanding of its unique regulatory frameworks.

  • A natural aptitude for identifying procedural gaps and the discipline to formalize them through robust documentation.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of specific PSP documentation requirements and the ability to manage these external relationships effectively.

  • The ability to mediate between internal stakeholders to ensure cross-departmental adherence to established protocols.

  • Certifications in AML and Responsible Gaming (RG) are highly desirable.
