Job Summary

Were now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting customers throughout their travel insurance journey.

What youll be doing

As the first point of contact for our customers youll deliver a seamless and supportive experience across phone email webchat and app. Youll help customers understand and manage their travel insurance with confidence.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Supporting customers with purchasing travel insurance policies

  • Explaining cover policy details and claims processes clearly and simply

  • Handling policy changes and mid-term adjustments

  • Conducting medical screenings in line with guidelines

  • Taking secure payments and processing refunds

  • Guiding customers through digital tools and app usage

  • Resolving queries quickly and effectivelyideally at first contact

What were looking for

Were looking for someone who combines strong customer service skills with attention to detail and a positive solutions-focused mindset.

Youll ideally have:

  • Experience in a customer service role (contact centre experience is a plus)

  • Excellent communication and listening skills

  • The ability to explain complex information in a simple way

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Confidence working in a fast-paced target-driven environment

  • A team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and improve
