Service Engineer - Fire & Security Systems (Fire alarm CCTV Access Control Intruder Alarm)

Location: London surrounding area

On-target earnings: 58000 (Inclusive of overtime call-outs travel pay and bonuses)

4000 sign-on bonus

Trinity Fire & Security are looking for an experienced Service Engineer to join our growing team delivering high-quality servicing and maintenance across a diverse client portfolio.

Youll be responsible for servicing maintaining and supporting a range of fire and security systems ensuring full compliance and optimal performance. Working regionally youll benefit from structured support from dedicated service coordinators and technical specialistsso you can focus on what you do best.

Systems youll work with:

• Fire: Gent Notifier Advanced Protec and other open protocol systems

• CCTV: HikVision Dahua Avigilon

• Intruder: Galaxy Texecom

• Access Control: Paxton Honeywell Gallagher

Key responsibilities:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service calls across fire and security systems.

• Diagnosing faults and delivering effective compliant solutions.

• Completing minor remedial works and small installations.

• Providing clear technical feedback and updates to customers.

• Maintaining accurate service records and documentation.

What youll bring to the role:

• Proven experience servicing fire alarm and/or electronic security systems.

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

• Good working knowledge of relevant British Standards.

• Confident communication and customer-facing ability.

• Electrical safety awareness (ECA or equivalent) and solid technical understanding.
