About the role

You will be part of a multicultural close working team that ensures all passengers and services are maintained to the highest standards whilst providing the best customer service.

Your role will include but not be limited to;

• Understanding the importance of health safety and hygiene

• Meeting and greeting passengers

• Restaurant Service

• Working in the Café and Lounges

• Working in the Duty-Free Shop to help upsell and promote products

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Work well within a team as well as solo working

• Be conversant with cash handling procedures

• Be able to work day and night shifts

This will be a temporary position with the possibility for the contract to be extended. You will need to be local to the area as this is a walk on walk off position and you must have access to transport to get you to the port between 5am and 9pm.

You will also need an in date valid passport for this role.
