London - up to 35k plus bonus

We are looking for a superstar to be part of the opening of an exciting new padel and social leisure venue. We are looking for a Front of House Manager to lead the guest experience from day one.

This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to build your own team shape the culture and set the standards for a brand-new community-driven environment.

What is my job

• Lead train and develop the front-of-house team

• Deliver an outstanding guest and member experience

• Oversee bookings check-ins and daily operations

• Manage court flow and ensure smooth service during peak times

• Maintain high standards across all guest-facing areas

• Support events leagues and social activations

What do we need from you

• Experience in hospitality leisure or fitness at a management level

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Passionate about delivering great service and building team culture

• Energetic approachable and thrives in a fast-paced setting

• Flexible to work evenings weekends and events
