The Role

As General Manager youll take full ownership of studio performance team leadership and client experience. Youll be the driving force behind a thriving community-focused environment while delivering strong commercial results.

What Youll Be Doing

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead inspire and develop a multi-functional team across front of house retail and operations

• Recruit onboard and coach team members to deliver best-in-class service

• Conduct performance reviews and create clear development pathways

• Build a strong engaged and high-performing team culture

Operations & Commercial Performance

• Take full accountability for studio P&L and performance metrics

• Manage rotas and labour costs in line with budgets

• Oversee daily operations ensuring seamless delivery across all departments

• Maintain exceptional studio standards through regular audits and proactive maintenance

Customer Experience & Community

• Create an outstanding client journey from entry to exit

• Partner with marketing teams to drive local engagement and brand awareness

• Lead on member acquisition and retention strategies

• Be the face of the brand within the local fitness community

• Proven track record of delivering commercial results and hitting KPIs

• A natural leader who develops and motivates teams

• Strong business acumen including budgeting and cost control

• Passion for health fitness and delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Highly organised detail-oriented and solutions-focused
