Overview

We are seeking a FinancialAnalyst to join ourglobalFinanceteam where innovation knows no teamleads with impactdelivering insights enabling strategy decisionsand supporting financial performance across Sabres an inclusive culture that embraces a flexible work environment we foster a spirit of collaboration fueled by boldness curiosityand commitment that empowers us all to win together.

As a Financial Analyst youll support financial planning reporting and analysis for the technology infrastructure organization. Youll work closely with partners across the business to gather data build financial models and help support planning business cases and key initiatives. This role gives you hands-on experience with Sabres global operations while building a solid foundation in financial analysis and problem-solving. Youll be successful by using strong financial and analytical skills to work through detailed data understand whats driving the numbers and clearly explain insights and recommendations that help teams make better business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Financial reporting and forecasting
  • Responsible for detailed analysis of actual and forecasted performance and root cause of any variances. Providing granular reporting at a product level.
  • Manage annual multi-year planning process closely collaborating with business unit product owners.
  • Coordinate closely with accounting/billing/tax department to ensure financials are accurately reported.
  • Financial analysis
  • Develops product/pricing profitability models and analyzes results.
  • Supports ad-hoc requests from the Product SVP and its Directors
  • Strategic Projects
  • Supports the creation of Business cases during Product investment plan and throughout the year

Preferredqualifications andeducation

  • Bachelors degree or MSF in Finance Accounting Mathematics Statistics or a related field of study
  • 1 year of applicable analytical experience
  • Demonstrated advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP Essbase anddatabase application skills highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Results-oriented to ensure deliverables are submitted in an accurate complete and timely fashion
  • Embodies the desire and tenacity to grow within the organization
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Outstanding critical thinking problem solving decision-making and analytical skills
  • Ability to gain subject matter expertise in a short time period and apply institutional knowledge to develop quality analytics
  • Confidence business maturity and presence to work independently and collaborate effectively across all levels
