This is an exceptional opportunity to inherit an existing book of business valued between $1M and $1.5M while working in a hybrid capacity. Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $60000 - $80000 (depending on experience) commissions
• Competitive benefits package

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an inherited book of business valued between $1M and $1.5M.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients providing exceptional service and tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends coverage options and risk management strategies to provide expert guidance to clients.
• Represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude fostering trust and credibility with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven sales experience preferably in the commercial insurance or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance coverages and risk management principles (training can be provided for technical aspects).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• A winning mentality self-motivation and a drive to succeed.
• A likeable personality with a strong sense of presence and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Central Illinois.
