JDE Functional Business Analysts, Mid-Level (For Pooling)

Position Description:

Job Responsibilities
Lead requirement gathering sessions and business process workshops
Configure JDE modules based on business needs and best practices
Perform gap analysis and recommend standard vs custom solutions
Translate requirements into functional specifications
Handle incident & problem resolution (Level 2/3) with root cause analysis
Conduct impact analysis for releases ESUs and patches
Plan and coordinate UAT including defect triage and sign-off
Provide end-user training SOPs and documentation
Collaborate with technical and CNC teams for deployments
Act as SME for assigned modules during BAU and projects

Experience
47 years of relevant work experience
JDE E1 9.x
Project-based or ERP environments

Finance (GL AP AR FA)

Procurement & Inventory
Manufacturing / Asset Management (if applicable)
