DW OIL Polska is part of an international trading group specializing in paraffin wax paraffin oils and chemical raw materials. We act as a strategic link between Western and Eastern European markets and supply industrial customers and partners across Europe.

To strengthen our presence in Poland we are seeking a reliable and experienced Country Manager (m/f/d) to oversee and control our local operations. This position reports directly to the company owner and represents the company on-site in Poland.

Tasks

Your responsibilities

• Full operational management and supervision of DW OIL Polska
• Daily on-site presence in Międzyrzec Podlaski
• Execution and control of commercial and operational activities
• Supervision and coordination of sales and trading activities
• Monitoring contracts pricing and negotiations with customers and suppliers
• Ensuring proper operational financial and organizational control
• Identifying business opportunities and supporting business growth
• Direct reporting to the company owner

Requirements

Your profile

• Proven experience in business operations trading or management
• Experience in chemical petrochemical or raw materials trading preferred
• Strong leadership organizational and commercial skills
• High level of responsibility reliability and loyalty
• Fluent Polish Russian and English required
• German is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site daily in Międzyrzec Podlaski
• Strong understanding of the Polish market
