YellowSquare Athens is looking for a Square Enthusiast. Youll be the heart of the guest experience juggling roles between the Reception and the Bar in our vibrant Greek location.

What youll be doing:

• Welcoming guests with a smile managing check-ins and handling check-outs;
• Serving coffee and drinks chatting with guests and being the life of the party behind the bar;
• Promoting hostel events and local Athens experiences to make every stay unforgettable;
• Being a proactive problem-solver keeping the vibe high and operations smooth;
• Cooperating with the whole team to ensure a seamless guest journey.

What you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in similar roles (Reception Bartending or Barista);
• Team spirit: the ability to collaborate across different departments;
• Flexibility**:** ready to work 5 days a week on a shift schedule (including nights and weekends);
• Excellence in customer service and a genuine passion for hospitality;
• High proficiency in spoken English (Greek or other languages are a huge plus!).
