As a Technical Support Engineer you play a key role in integrating our security and licensing solutions into our customers software architectures.

Tasks

What will you do

• Provide technical guidance for the integration of the CodeMeter SDK into customer software
• Advise on security architectures (licensing flows activation processes container and cloud scenarios)
• Analyze and mitigate reverse engineering risks
• Troubleshoot at OS network and application level
• Support on-premise and cloud deployments
• Act as a technical sparring partner for developers architects and IT specialists

Requirements

What do you bring

• Basic programming knowledge (C C C# Java and/or Python)
• Experience with Windows Linux and/or macOS
• Knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP)
• Affinity with Docker Kubernetes virtualization and cloud environments
• Good command of Dutch and English
• Additional languages (German French or Spanish) are a strong advantage
• Curious mindset strong analytical skills and enjoyment in solving technical puzzles
