Tasks
As an independent chef you play an important role within our company. You prepare delicious dishes.
Flexibility and responsibility that is what we expect from you as an independent chef. Within our kitchens there is ample room to utilize your talents. Additionally we give you the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in all our kitchens. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preparing preparatory and preparation work
Making and maintaining the workplace kitchen equipment etc.
(optionally) Keeping track of/managing stock/orders.
(optionally) Guiding kitchen assistants.
Requirements
Education level MBO-3 or comparable cook education.
You are available full-time or part-time and on weekends
The willingness to master our current preparation methods
Quality-oriented mindful of HACCP compliance
You are flexible stress-resistant during busy hours/periods and can work both independently and in a team.
MBO 3 working and thinking level
and demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
