Recruiter (mwd) Logistics & Supply Chain 1 Year Fixed-Term Contract

About the role:

As a Brand & Marketing Analytics Manager you will play a key role in shaping how marketing and brand success are measured across the business. Working closely with brand media marketing finance and analytics teams you will help connect upper-funnel brand activities with measurable business outcomes and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

This role offers the opportunity to influence marketing effectiveness at scale by translating complex performance data into actionable recommendations. You will contribute to the continuous development of our analytics landscape and help build a stronger understanding of how marketing investments drive sustainable business growth.

This position is initially offered on a fixed-term contract for one year with the possibility of extension.

About Your Responsibilities: 

• Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of logistics positions at our Sevenum site (near Venlo).
• Proactively build and maintain strong talent pipelines to achieve a monthly hiring target of 2030 hires.
• Conduct interviews and on-site recruitment days with multiple candidates.
• Act as a trusted sparring partner to hiring managers providing expert advice and fostering excellent collaboration across different departments.
• Drive the adoption of AI in recruiting by testing new tools optimizing workflows and contributing innovative ideas to take our team to the next level.

Qualifications :

About You:

• You have initial experience in recruitment ideally with a focus on blue-collar hiring.
• You work confidently with stakeholders influence hiring decisions and demonstrate a high level of ownership and accountability.
• You have successfully filled challenging roles and consistently delivered high-quality hires even in competitive talent markets.
• You are fluent in both German and English.
• Practical experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters) and HR systems (e.g. Workday) is an advantage.
