Looking for an Independent Working Cook I

We are a Chinese Indian restaurant

- You take independent initiative and act solution-oriented

- You work convincingly and take responsibility

- MBO-3 work/thinking level (If you do not meet the requirements apply anyway!)

- Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

- Selecting preparing (washing cutting mixing etc.)

- Carrying out interim checks (doneness taste color etc.) and making adjustments where necessary

- Ensure consistent quality and hygiene

- Monitor the work of auxiliary staff and correct where necessary.

- Keeping track of stocks ordering ingredients and checking deliveries

- Daily cleaning of the working environment kitchen equipment and workstations

- Reporting technical defects and solving simple malfunctions

- Provides input regarding the composition and changes of menus map and methods.
