Tasks
Research & Generate Leads
- Conduct research and analysis on qualified leads and prospects in order to identify business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold-calling management of website-generated leads and setting appointments with strategic decision makers.
- Propose develop and leverage on digital content on all of the companys platforms in order to generate leads.
Account Management to Achieve Sales Targets
- Build maintain and nurture client relationships especially high-level decision makers (HODs & C-suite Managers with a purpose to grow more business with those clients.
- Accurately identify diagnose and follow up with client needs to develop business opportunities.
- Support proposal development to meet prospect needs and requirements.
- Track and update everyday business development activities according to companys internal systems and processes.
- Follow-up and negotiate with prospects in order to secure business.
- Manage sales pipeline in order to achieve sales targets assigned.
- Collaborate with the companys project delivery team to maintain client satisfaction throughout the project delivery process in order to secure repeat business.
Support Systems and Processes:
- Provide research administrative and analytical support for Business Development departments.
- Drive and support continuous improvement projects within the company such as updating of Standard Operating Procedures tools and template development and process streamlining.
Requirements
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience in B2B roles will be an advantage.
Preferred Personality Traits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident sociable and persuasive when pitching ideas.
- Self-motivated in meeting deadlines and achieving KPIs.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
- Independent yet able to work in teams with positive work ethics.
- Resourceful driven and have an ability to work under pressure.
