Service Delivery Manager
Location: Bellshill (Hybrid 3 days on-site)
Type: Permanent Full-time (35 hours/week)

Youll be the key link between our customers and our technical teams ensuring services run smoothly issues are resolved quickly and communication is clear warm and professional.
What Youll be Doing:
- Acting as a trusted partner for customers managing service performance and expectations.
- Leading service reviews creating reports and turning insights into meaningful improvements.
- Coordinating major incidents when needed ensuring clear communication and followup actions.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless highquality service delivery.
- Using data and customer feedback to spot opportunities for enhancement.
- Bringing teams together encouraging collaboration and helping build a positive supportive culture.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in IT service delivery or a similar customerfocused role.
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- A proactive problemsolving mindset with a focus on improvement.
- Confidence to take ownership and keep things moving even when challenges arise.
- A passion for delivering a brilliant customer experience.
