This is an opportunity for someone early in their sales career (or a standout graduate) to take real ownership: building pipeline closing deals and contributing to how we grow commercially.
At HoxtonAi we help organisations make the most of their physical spaces through practical ethical applications of AI - delivering the right information to the right people at the right time. We work with leading organisations across the UK and internationally from institutions like the Tate to major leisure and retail brands.
Tasks
- Generating new business through outbound prospecting (a core part of the role)
- Managing inbound leads and progressing opportunities
- Running demos and supporting commercial conversations
- Building and managing pipeline in HubSpot
- Owning deals end-to-end from initial outreach through to close
- Working closely with senior leadership on commercial strategy
Requirements
- 13 years in a sales / SDR / BD role or an exceptional graduate
- Strong communication skills and commercial instinct
- High energy curiosity and resilience
- A proactive get things done mindset
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and creating opportunities from scratch
- Interest in AI and technology
