Position: Licensed Physical Therapist

Location: Sebring Lake Placid &/or Wauchula FL

Coverage: PRN (weekday or weekend)

Hourly Rate: $50

Ourcaseloadprimarily consists ofpatients withneurologicalcardiac are on acohesivemultidisciplinary team. All treatments are 1-on-1with apatient care focus.

Requirements for this position include the following:

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
• Active or pending state physical therapist license
