Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our clients dynamic real estate team. The ISA plays a critical role in driving business growth by prospecting nurturing leads and setting appointments for our real estate agents. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced client-focused environment and enjoys building relationships over the phone and through digital communication.
Work schedule: 8:30-4:30 pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Key Responsibilities
Prospect for new clients through outbound calls text email and online lead generation systems
Respond to inbound inquiries from potential buyers and sellers in a timely and professional manner
Qualify leads and identify client needs to determine readiness to buy or sell
Schedule appointments for real estate agents with qualified prospects
Maintain consistent follow-up with leads using CRM systems
Build and nurture long-term relationships to convert leads into active clients
Track and report daily/weekly performance metrics (calls contacts appointments set conversions)
Collaborate with agents and marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
Stay knowledgeable about local market trends.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales customer service or call center environments preferred
Real estate experience or license is a plus (not always required)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Self-motivated goal-oriented and driven to succeed
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
Proficient with CRM systems Microsoft Office and basic technology tools
