What does a Corporate Counsel do

As a Corporate Counsel at RTO National your daily responsibilities will encompass providing expert legal guidance to various departments ensuring compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance. required qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• License to practice law in SC
• 3-8 years of experience with consumer finance creditor rights or financial services
• Experience working with or managing outside counsel
