About the role

We are looking to hire a permanent Deputy Company Secretary. Reporting to the Company Secretary this exciting opportunity sees you being a part of cultivating TWEs luxury led future with direct exposure to an incredibly skilled and highly credentialed Board and Executive Leadership Team. Based in Melbourne your day-to-day will consist of:

• Acting as a trusted deputy to the Company Secretary supporting governance across the group globally
• Working at the heart of the organisation partnering closely with the Board and Executive Leadership Team
• Leading and coordinating all Board and Board Committee processes
• Providing expert advice on corporate governance disclosure conflicts and regulatory matters
• Ensuring compliance with ASX ASIC and statutory requirements across the listed entity
• Overseeing global subsidiary governance
• Driving best practice governance continuous improvement and strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
  

About you

You thrive in complex environments and take pride in delivering governance that makes a real impact. Curious and commercially minded youre motivated to understand what makes TWE so unique and confident advising at a strategic level. Highly organised and calm under pressure you know how to prioritise what matters and bring judgement discretion and confidence to your work.

To succeed in this role youll have:

• A proven background in ASX-200 listed companies having balanced legal and corporate goals
• Strong attention to detail youll know when to ensure robust executive practices are applied
• Incredible organizational skills and the confidence to identify and apply process improvements
• A professional attitude with the ability to connect with stakeholders at an Executive and Board level across a global remit
• A qualified background in legal (preferred)
• AICD qualifications (favourable)
