Junior Data Analyst

The DDC Group has an amazing opportunity for aJunior Data Analystto join our growing global team.As a critical part of theTechnologyTeam reporting directly to theHead of AI Engineering you willbe responsible forbuildingcore skills in data analysis reporting and dashboard development while learning on the job.Youlluse tools such as Excel Power BI and other analytics platforms to help create andmaintaindashboards that deliver cleardatadriveninsights. Working in an agile environmentyoullcollaborate with analysts and developers across the reporting lifecycle from understanding requirements to producing reliable outputs. Thisentrylevelrole is ideal for someone starting their career in data analytics with full support through training mentoring and structured development.

Working hours; 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm however flexibility will beto meet business requirements.

Hybrid working; with flexibility to attend the office as and when requested.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the creation maintenance and enhancement of Excel reports and Power BI dashboards.

• Collect clean and organise data from various sources under guidance.

• Assistin analysing datasets toidentifytrends patterns and insights.

• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and data requirements.

• Document data processes dashboard updates and reporting logic clearly.

• Support the development of data models and visualisations in Power BI.

• Helpmonitorthe accuracy and performance of existing dashboards.

• Participate in agile sprint activities and collaborate with the wider analytics team.

• Investigate data quality issues and escalate findings where needed.

• Stay up to date with tools techniques and best practices in data analysis.
