Intake notes: To provide some context we are redesigning and revamping the entire recruitment team in Colorado and need to bring in individuals who are driven committed to service autonomous and can roll with changes as that is in some ways what we are currently missing on the team.
Because customer service and soft skills are top of mind for us in this role. Theyll be working with hiring managers etc. while also ensuring we are thoroughly screening for customer service and mission alignment
Someone that would be a top candidate for us is someone coming from agency and is used to the customer service and high volume looking to transition to Corporate.
Assignment Location/Remote: 6901 S Havana St. Centennial CO is the office address they will report out of.
Hybrid model. 2 days in office (Tuesday & Thursday) Wednesday is site visit day; Monday & Friday are remote days.
TRAINING WILL BE IN ORLANDO THE FIRST WEEK - EXPENSES WILL BE PAID.

Job Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for partnering with assigned hiring managers to develop staffing needs build candidate pipelines and attract talent that supports the organizations mission. This role manages the end-to-end talent acquisition process including formulating recruitment strategies screening and interviewing candidates extending offers and overseeing onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs by reviewing attrition rates new business plans and potential retirements.
Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop strategies to ensure vacancies are kept at facility-specified levels and that new programs are fully staffed for opening dates.
Candidate Assessment: Screen and interview candidates using behavioral interview techniques resume reviews and credentials assessments to determine knowledge skills and abilities.
Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers including sign-on bonuses relocation agreements and other incentives while managing counter-offers as needed.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of candidate progress within the applicant tracking system.
Policy Expertise: Develop and maintain knowledge of benefit plans incentives and corporate policies to address applicant inquiries.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree. (An equivalent combination of a Bachelors degree in a related field OR 4 years of relevant work experience may be considered).
Experience: 1 years of experience in recruiting or human resources.
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruiting CRMs.
o Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
o Proficiency in utilizing AI tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Industry Experience: Healthcare experience and/or RPO experience.
Certifications:
o Talent Acquisition certification through HCI NAHCR or RACR.
o HR Certification through HCI or SHRM (SHRM-CP).
o Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
