- Engage with business leaders to understand strategies and recommend data-driven changes to improve efficiency and add value.
- Analyze data sets and define use cases to enhance products processes and services.
- Collaborate with Business Partners stakeholders and IT Product Owners/Managers to develop and document business requirements for system or product changes.
- Identify and define business problems; propose and implement internal and external solutions.
- Develop implementation plans and coordinate technical resources required for solution deployment.
- Finalize project timelines and ensure timely implementation in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Apply strong functional skills in data analysis software recommendation and solution planning.
- Exhibit problem-solving abilities attention to detail cross-functional collaboration customer service orientation process improvement and effective communication.
- Possess knowledge of systems software technological concepts and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Serve as a recognized expert managing large or complex projects/processes with significant autonomy and limited oversight.
- Coach review and delegate work to lower-level specialists as needed.
- Contribute to defining direction for new products processes standards or operational plans with significant work group impact.
- Develop solutions to moderately complex problems enhance processes/systems/products and implement these independently.
- Represent the organization as a primary contact for projects initiatives and stakeholder communications including negotiation and influence.
- Provide guidance coaching and training to colleagues; may act as a team leader managing major projects.
- Requires mastery in a specialty area and full industry knowledge typically obtained through advanced education and significant experience.
- Requires 7 years experience with a Bachelors degree 5 years with an advanced degree or 12 years with a high school diploma/equivalent.
